Chris Staerck
Chris Staerck is a Director of WEIGHT LIFTED. He is a specialist in strategy, planning and managing the delivery of outcomes for clients: he leads strategy and business consulting for WEIGHT LIFTED.
He is an insight-led strategic thinker, with strongly developed commercial acumen, implementation skills and a can-do attitude, and he has a passion for efficiently solving problems – especially through using and interpreting data to drive informed decision making.
An experienced consultant with Big-4 pedigree, he has worked in financial services, professional services, media, public sector and not-for-profit, with a focus on international trade since 2009.
Rewa Bouji
Rewa Bouji is a specialist in leading and advising on large-scale, complex, IT-enabled change and business transformation initiatives across both the public and private sectors, and with organisations ranging from start-ups to multinational FTSE 100 clients.
Alongside proven delivery methodologies, she has a passion for innovation in strategy, collaboration and commercial models; at a Big-4 management consultancy she was Programme Director of a Transformational Growth and Innovation Portfolio, developing and incubating new consulting services in Robotics, Digital, Big Data and Analytics, Smart Technologies and start-up incubation.
Rewa currently holds Non-Executive and Trustee roles with organisations focused on sustainable development, data, digital and new media.
